Welcome to Tierra Nueva Cohousing!

We look forward to your visit to our five acres of paradise.

Tierra Nueva Cohousing is located on the California Central Coast, just a few miles south of Pismo Beach. San Francisco is 250 miles north and Los Angeles is 190 miles south. We're also half-way between the towns of Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo. Set on a five-acre avocado orchard, our northern neighbor is a pesticide-free farm, where "buying local" really means something.

Approximately 50 adults and 25 children live, play, and work together here.
